Espey & Associates was called to trial in Harris County, representing a building owner sued as a result of a man falling through the roof while it was being replaced. The plaintiff’s medical bills exceeded $400,000. During pre trial hearings the court reconsidered a motion for summary judgment, which was granted. Final take nothing judgment was entered on March 10, 2015.
